| | Cutie Kate Bosworth was spotted sipping on a cold beverage while enjoying the music and the sun at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, CA on April 17, looking adorable as always. Starting with a detailed red mini skirt, Bos tucked in a basic tank (like P.G.D. Styles Babydoll Tank in White) and grabbed a lightwash denim jacket (check out Rogans Shoreman Conductor Jacket in Blue). Next, Kate grabbed a tan bag with fringe details (try Carla Mancinis Top Zip Quilt with Chain Bag in Beige or for a cool clutch, nab Linea Pelles Janis Fringe Clutch in Vintage White), in addition to a pair of aviators, a triple-wrapped silver necklace (like Circadian Studios Silver Small Circles Long Wrap Necklace) and strappy silver sandals (similar to Matiko Footwears Cairo Sandal in Silver). Thoughts? I think Kate looks absolutely great! While LA seemed to be torn between staying local and checking out the spectacular Britney Spears concert and heading 2 hours east to Indio for the three-day Coachella Music Festival, Kate decided she, and model boyfriend James Rousseau, would pack it up and head to the desert. Checking out musical acts such as Paul McCartney, The Cure, M.I.A., The Killers and Morrissey, other stars such as Reese Witherspoon, Paris Hilton and Anne Hathaway enjoyed this desert getaway. | | The beautiful Joy Bryant was seen striking a pose at the Lyn Devon Preview At ARCADE By Rochelle Gores in West Hollywood on April 7, sporting a casual look perfect for the spring. Starting with a blue blazer with oversized gold buttons (try William Rasts Blazer in Navy) over a frilly white camisole (like Ella Moss Simone Cami in Vanilla), Joy then slipped into a pair of vintage-wash cutoff shorts (very similar to Tag Jeans Lima Cutoff Short in Royal Vintage). Accessory wise, JB chose a pretty pair of dangling earrings (like Calico Juno Designs Princess 55 Earrings in Sterling), a gold charm necklace (give Castaway Jewelrys Pearl Starfish Necklace a try), a metallic gold over-the-shoulder bag (just like Julie K Handbags Gigi Mini Bag in Pewter) and mid-calf brown fringe boots. What are your thoughts on Joys fit - do you think the pieces complimented each other or not? For those of you who have seen Joy in a commercial where multiple celebs utter the phrase GYT, and then have seen them link to GYT09.org but havent followed the link and wonder what this stands for, Joy wanted to help spread the word about Getting Your Test, as in your HIV test. I think its great that Joy is contributing to this positive social dialogue and encourage teens who are sexually active to be responsible and get tested. I love seeing celebrities use their influence for good instead of evil (cough, cough Lindsay).... | | |
