March 5, 2009 at 7:50 pm Cutie-pie Vanessa Hudgens was spotted on the red carpet of the premiere of Watchmen on Monday, March 3 in Hollywood, flaunting her toned gams and raven black tresses. For her red carpet look, VH picked a brightly patterned mini dress (for similar options, try LaROKs Tiva Dress in Multi, Tricia Fixs Mandy Mini Dress in Pink/Black/Teal, or Walters Neon Watercolor Print Dress in Pink Multi) and paired with violet-hued stilettos (I think these are awesome), a few chunky rings, and an armful of gold bangles (check out Alex and Anis Joie de Vivre Expandable Wire Bangle Set in Gold). What do you think of Hudgens look - are you diggin it? I think its youthful and flirty and perfect for her. And theres no arguing that Vanessa has mastered the seductive-over-the-shoulder pose for the photographers! While its no secret that she and boyfriend Zac Efron are two of the hottest young stars in Hollywood, it seems that Zacs mother is taking precautions to make sure that they dont become two of the hottest young parents in Hollywood! Zac recently told Elle Magazine that his mom bought him condoms for Christmas, saying, "My stocking was full of condoms this Christmas. She buys me the economy box!" Good thinking, mom! There are also some rumors circulating that Zac has popped the question to Vanessa, as her mom isnt too hot on the idea of the two living together out of wedlock. A source says, "Zac is relieved to be out of the pressure cooker, because Vanessas mother has been putting serious heat on him to make an honest woman out of her daughter. She is old-school and doesnt approve of Vanessa living with Zac without some type of wedding promise. Zac loves the current arrangement. He adores Vanessa and they gel really well together. Gina already considers Zac a part of the family. So shes happy that he proposed." I wonder if theres any truth to this story? I guess only time will tell!... ANOTHER BABY? March 5, 2009 at 4:49 pm Heading to Italy to check out the latest runway fashions, Kate Hudson attempted to have an incognito shopping day at Dolce and Gabbana in Milan on March 1. Decked out in a shiny gold jacket (or opt for Suzabelles Nicolet Trench Coat in Classic Taupe), bleached bell-bottoms (try Tags comfy 5 Pocket Bootcut Jean in Super Bleach) and a colorful silk scarf, Kate fit the part of a jetsetter as she left the boutique carrying black and white sunnies with a huge rectangular clutch tucked under her arm (minimize with Carla Mancinis Postman Clutch in Tan). What do you think of the fit -- is the jacket too much or does it suit her golden girl personality? I love the patterned scarf but Im not digging the jacket over the jeans -- cute separately but frumpy together. Kate has been living it up in Europe over the past few days, meeting up with Owen Wilson in Paris after his Marley and Me promo duties before heading east for Milan Fashion Week. I still cant wrap my mind around Kate and Owens reunion -- it seems like there is so much drama and negative history there! Maybe the third times the charm? The latest gossip surrounding the on again, off again couple alleges they might be thinking about a baby, after getting back together publicly just a few weeks ago. A friend of Owens (not Kate) blabbed: Kate and Owen initially got back together three months ago after realizing they couldnt live without each other. Now they are ready to become parents... Kate has been desperate for a brother or sister for Ryder, her first child with ex-husband Chris Robinson, for some time. Kate has seen a change in Owen. He is now truly committed and is showing a new-found maturity. Sounds a little fishy - I hope theyre not serious! On the flip side, Owens family is seriously concerned about the reunion, especially considering his suicide attempt after their previous break-up: They are seriously worried about Kates effect on his mental health. She has him wrapped around her little finger, and he seems powerless to do anything about it. Everying happening here sounds pretty farfetched -- do you think its possible Kate is really considering having Owens baby?... HANGING OUT IN WONDERLAND March 5, 2009 at 3:09 pm Eva Longoria spent a night out goofing off with Desperate Housewives co-star Felicity Huffman at a screening of Phoebe in Wonderland on March 1 in Beverly Hills. How hilariously awkward does she look laughing in the photo on the right? I suspect the girls were doing a little boozing before making their entrance! I have to say Im glad to see Eva is over her castmates harsh words of the past. If you recall, over the summer Felicity came to Evas defense when she tried to put an end pregnancy rumors, bluntly telling the press, Shes not pregnant -- shes just fat. Yikes! Good to see Eva putting that negativity to bed. Arriving in a flaming red off-shoulder sheath dress (tame the look with Black Halos Spring Jacket Dress in Persimmon) with flashy gold earrings (Castaways Islamic Prayer Bead Earrings in Rose would be gorgeous), Eva attended the special LA screening to support her gal pal along with a few other Desperate Housewives ladies including Marcia Cross. Love the coordinating red on the soles of her latte pumps with the dress, but the shade of red is pretty bold -- do you think its hot or not? Im still undecided about black nail polish with such a (potentially) classy look, especially next to the giant rectangle clutch (tone it down with Julie Ks Natalie Clutch in Earth) -- that thing is almost as long as her arms! What do you think of Evas fit? Im not sold on her look-at-me frock, but I love her beaded white dress in the new Badgley Mischka campaign shot by Annie Leibovitz. The ads capture twenty years of glamour to celebrate the twenty years Mark Badgley and James Mischka have been working their magic. Eva spent a day on the set with Carrie Underwood, Brooke Shields, Lauren Hutton and Anjelica Huston, getting to know the faces behind the brand while lounging around in glamorous gowns. Eva gushed about her role in the campaign, Badgley Mischka is an iconic brand and to be able to celebrate their twentieth anniversary with them is an honor for me.
