LEAVING THE HILLS ON A HIGH NOTE February 26, 2009 at 8:04 pm Lauren Conrad and BFF Lo Bosworth were spotted indulging in some retail therapy on February 24 at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills following a lunch at Crustacean Beverly Hills with ex-roomie Audrina Patridge, where they filmed for the upcoming Season 5 of their popular reality show. In similar outfits, Lauren chose to tuck a navy cami (like Autumn Cashmeres Racer Back Tank in Peacot, a navy-ish shade) into a full skirt (similar to Gold Hawks Embroidered Skirt in Excalibur Grey) and pair with black suede Loubs and a decorative gold necklace (try Calico Juno Designs Necklace 85 in Gold). Has anyone else noticed that whenever these two hit the town, they tend to wear very similar outfits? I wonder if they plan this or if its subconscious? While the girls are currently filming Season 5, Lauren recently announced that this will be the shows last. She tells Seventeen Magazine,"My biggest thing with the show was that I wanted to walk away from it while its still a great thing. I always want to remember it that way. I gave MTV a deadline and said, This is as long as I can do it and stay sane." Of her rumored beau Kyle Howard, Lauren says, "Hes a friend. Samantha Ronson (I mean seriously - does she ever hang out with ANYONE else??) at Heathrow Airport in London, England earlier today, February 26, looking pretty much like the disheveled mess that were used to. While there is no question that LLs career is fledgling (come on - she is currently developing her own line of self tanner!), Hollywood heavy-hitter Warren Beatty is said to want Lindsay to star in his newest film... and live under his roof while shooting it. A source says, "Beatty is said to have a script he wants to direct and star in, with La Lohan possibly playing his daughter. Lindsay is said to know this is a chance of a lifetime and a way to re-start her languishing career. But Lohan is a gifted actress with a lot of baggage and reputation for not making it to the set always on time and in one piece." How many chances does this girl need already?... SINGING SENSATION February 26, 2009 at 6:04 pm Making a shimmering entrance at the 81st Annual Academy Awards, Anne Hathaway looked radiant in a decadent strapless creation by Armani Prive. Strutting the red carpet at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles on February 22, Anne sparkled in this silvery metallic hued gown. Love the jeweled clasp at the back and the hourglass shape -- very classy! The wait is over for fashionistas worldwide whove been eagerly anticipating which designers would made it to the red carpet, and Angelina Jolie did not disappoint in her stunning Elie Saab gown. While she did go with her signature color (dreary black), this look is anything but basic. From the curvy strapless silhouette to the sheer, draped train adding a little sexiness to the full length look, Angie is breathtakingly gorgeous with her hair pulled back and flawless decollete exposed. The bust is a gift from AXE promoting their new Dark Temptation deodorant spray, sent with the ridiculously cheesy message: "We still feel your performance deserves a statue - one thats a bit sweeter."
