The results of the autopsy on the late heiress Casey Johnson has been completed, but the cause of death has been deferred pending toxicology tests which could take six weeks. Read more on Casey Johnson’s death and funeral arrangements below.
Authorities say the autopsy for Casey Johnson is inconclusive and toxicology tests have been ordered. Casey Johnson was found dead Monday in her Los Angeles home. Medical examiners have found no evidence of trauma on the 30-year-old’s body and are also considering her medical history and her diabetes. The family has issued a statement and plans for Casey’s funeral. "The Johnson family wishes to thank everyone who has expressed condolences and support during this trying time. Your thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated," the family spokesman said. "The family has arranged for Casey to be flown back East to her final resting place. There will be a private funeral service later this week for the immediate family. "The family asks for a measure of privacy over the next several days as they mourn their loss. No other information will be released at this time. "For the many who have asked what they can do to honor Casey's memory, we ask simply that you consider making a donation to the Casey Johnson Memorial at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International (www.jdrf.org). | Redmond O'Neal Back In Jail For Violating Probation

The son of the late Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal, Redmond O’Neal, has been arrested and is back in jail after violating probation. Read more on Redmond O’Neal’s arrest below. Redmond O’Neal was arrested on December 29th after he returned to the Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in Pasadena after his 24 hour pass. This was the first time Redmond had been given a pass from the facility since his he arrived at the rehab center in September. “When he came back, he told the program counselors that he had used drugs,” L.A. County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said. “He tested positive” for unspecified drugs. Redmond was arrested for a probation violation, a felony charge, and sent to the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles. Redmond remains in jail without bail. At his hearing today, the judge ordered O’Neal to remain jailed pending a February 2nd hearing. Back in November the same judge, Judge Tynan, warned Redmondl that he would go to state prison for six years if he violated his probation. “It actually strikes me that you haven’t got a clue as to what recovery means. It is a lifelong commitment and it’s grinding, hard, painful work,” Tynan said after reading a letter Tuesday from O’Neal that was sealed from the public. “You’ve got one responsibility and that’s to yourself — to get clean and sober,” the judge told Redmond. O’Neal’s mother Farrah Fawcett died June 25 after a long battle with cancer. Redmond temporarily released from jail so he could attend her funeral, then went into the drug rehab program. Fawcett left nearly all of her $6 million estate to her son. Los Angeles Angels sportscaster Rory Markas has died at age 54. Read more on Rory Markas’ death below. The team’s spokesperson Tim Mead says the longtime Angels announcer was found dead at his home in Palmdale, California on Monday. Markas’ cause of death has not yet been released. Markas made the famous call in 2002 at the Worlds Series when Darin Erstad caught a fly ball, winning the game. “Erstad says he’s got it! Erstad makes the catch! The Anaheim Angels are the champions of baseball!” he said. Back in November 2008, Markas had suffered a blood clot in his brain but had returned to announcing this season. Markas’ broadcast partner stated on the loss: “We’re not going to be together — traveling together, getting a bite to eat together, in the booth together. I just can’t believe that’s not going to happen.” This was Rory Markas’ eighth season with the Angels. He also had been a sports reporter for KNX Radio and a sports anchor for KTTV. Court documents show that the California Medical Board is accusing “Octomom” Nadya Suleman’s fertility physician, Dr. Michael Kamrava, of negligence. Read more on this story below! The medical board states that Dr. Michael Kamrava performed fertility treatments that were “not only was in the violation of the standard of care, but … beyond the reasonable judgment of any treating physician.” No shit huh? Nadya Suleman is referred to as “N.S” in the court documents. It states in the court papers, “At no time while N.S. was under the care of [Dr. Kamrava], especially from July 5, 2005 up to July 19, 2008, did [Dr. Kamrava] ever recommend or refer the patient to consult with a mental health professional. [Dr. Kamrava] knew that N.S. was a single woman with four children all conceived through IVF. She repeatedly returned for consultation approximately every four months following the delivery of her baby without any period of delay. [Dr. Kamrava] provided IVF treatment without consideration regarding potential harm to N.S.’s future children.” It’s about time someone did something about this crap! But there will not be a comeback.” Siegfried’s partner Roy Horn, who was mauled by a white tiger during their 2003 performance at The Mirage in Las Vegas, is still battling the long-term effects of the tiger attack. “It is a miracle that he can stand on his own feet again and enjoy life,” Siegfried said of Roy who was left partially paralyzed. But the performers say they are finally getting used to their new life as retirees. “We like it,” Siegfried said. Ex NBA star Jayson Williams is expected to be charged with drunk driving after he crashed his SUV in Manhattan early Tuesday. Read more on Jayson Williams’ injuries below. Jayson Williams, who is facing trial in the shooting of his limo driver, refused the Breathalyzer test after his Mercedes SUV crashed into a tree at around 3:15 this morning. Williams reportedly suffered cuts to his face and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, but his injuries are said to be minor. When policed arrived on the scene of the car crash, they found Jayson sitting in the passenger seat of his SUV, maybe trying to appear as if he wasn’t driving. Real smart! But eyewitnesses said Williams was all along in the SUV when the crash occurred. Police plan to obtain a warrant to test Williams’ blood and he will most likely be charged with DUI.
