Taylor Lautner showed off his bulging bicep on the way out of his gym in LA this afternoon. He's set to close out a whirlwind year this evening, following a 2009 full of world travels for New Moon and, thankfully, many opportunities to bare his hard-earned muscles. He also had a few ups and downs in the love department, after very public dates with both Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift. His romance with Ms. Swift has come to an end, but we're sure to see lots of them side-by-side in 2010 before Valentine's Day hits theaters. One of Taylor's first public outings in the new year will be a cameo at the People's Choice Awards on January 6 along with his Twilight costar Kellan Lutz.

He was joined on deck by friends and family, as Simon continues his fun-looking week of jet-skiing and soaking up the sun in the Caribbean. Simon usually heads south around this time of year for some rest and relaxation, and Ryan Seacrest was there to join in on the good times this past January. Ryan's set to host New Year's Rockin' Eve in NYC tonight, but perhaps he'll be heading down to fit in a little vacation of his own with Simon's clan once the ball has dropped.
