Love was in the air this year and many of our favorite celebrities couldn't keep their eyes - or hands! - off each other. We had a blast looking back at the decade in famous relationships so here's some highlights of the past 12 months. Not all of the couples have made it to the New Year, but they all had sweet moments on camera when they were going strong. Russell Brand and Katy Perry looked so in love during their latest stroll around snowy London. The stopped off at a cafe for lunch, with Katy taking a photo of her very British meal of beans and sausage. The duo then headed for Hampstead Heath, where they took a ride down a hill on someone's sled. It was their second day in a row of tackling the city side by side, following their busy Monday full of shopping, and they were out again this evening to attend a concert of holiday songs near St. Paul's Cathedral. Katy seems to be having a little trouble adjusting to the local culture, though, since she went on Twitter to say that she needs language lessons to understand what the English mean with certain confusing terms.

Jennifer Garner switched from the casual workout wear she sported earlier in the week into something a little brighter for lunch with friends yesterday at Toscana in LA. Elsewhere in the city, Ben Affleck spent the afternoon with Violet. The father-daughter duo paid a visit to the Child Success Center where Violet attended a class despite having the afternoon off from regular school. While other celebrity babies are spending their last days of 2009 bundled up to face the cold, Violet was out sporting sandals in Southern California's mild December weather.
Gwen Stefani was quite a contrast to gray London yesterday morning when she headed out to her gym in a multicolored coat. She followed up her workout by taking a stroll with Kingston, but after a quick change at home she headed back out in a more subdued jacket with Zuma. Despite the wintry weather in England, the Stefani-Rossdales have been happy to spend time outdoors with daily walks through their Primrose Hill neighborhood before Christmas on Friday.

Reese Witherspoon landed in NYC over the weekend, and she spent yesterday running errands before heading back to her room at the Bowery Hotel. She traveled east just as her ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal did the same after his own stint in California, though he has spent his time there bonding with his boys - he was spotted hanging out with Matt Dillon and Josh Hartnett recently at a charity bash hosted by Mark Ronson. Meanwhile, Ryan Phillippe is keeping an eye on Ava and Deacon back in LA. He brought them out to the Byron and Tracey salon yesterday, with Ava looking exactly like a mini-Reese with her bag, boots, and glasses.

We're a week away from the end of the decade, and it's amazing how far the celebrity world has come since Y2K! From the rise of reality television, gossip, and the Internet to the biggest breakups, babies and sagas we all love, it was so hard to narrow down the biggest stories to just 10. We've been looking at all the highlights from the year and decade across the network. We hope you enjoy this look back at the past 10 years and the fun art we have to go with it! Art by Erin Fusco
Christmas is just days away which means it's time for the celebrities to flock to their favorite holiday getaway locations. Heidi and Seal brought baby Lou out for a walk yesterday where they ran into Kate Hudson and Goldie Hawn who were doing some shopping of their own - fun! Watch the PopSugar Rush Update now!
Heidi Klum and Seal piled on the layers for a walk in Aspen yesterday with their daughter Lou. They were soon off for the slopes, where Lou peeked out from under her hood and gave us the latest look at her adorable face since Heidi posted photos of their whole family on her website last month. Lou stayed close to Seal as he and Heidi kept an eye on Leni, Henry, and Johan during another ski lesson. The Samuels are just one of the Hollywood clans currently vacationing in Colorado, joining Kate Hudson, Ryder, and her parents as well as Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon for the snow-filled holidays.
Diane Kruger chatted away on her phone and looked fashionable while shopping in Beverly Hills on Monday. She got a little animated during her call as she toted around the fruits of her labors. Diane might have been picking up a last minute holiday gift for someone else, but she also has a lot of stores and showrooms in her future when award season arrives. Inglourious Basterds is scoring big with nominations including a best supporting actress Golden Globes nod for Diane herself. She's also the new spokeswoman for L'Oreal to finish off an amazing year. We just hope Joshua Jackson is ready to suit up and accompany Diane when those red carpets roll out.
Jennifer Garner stayed hydrated on Monday after a workout at her gym in Santa Monica. Even though the holidays are right around the corner, fit mom Jennifer isn't letting her exercise routine fall to the wayside. Her dedication might come in handy if the latest casting rumors surrounding Jennifer prove to be true - she's said to be in the running, along with Eva Green, Keri Russell, Blake Lively, and Diane Kruger, for the female lead in The Green Lantern opposite Ryan Reynolds, who also went through a rather public casting process.
