The Los Angeles City Attorney has opted not to file charges against the paparazzo either. Former boxer, Tyson, allegedly punched photographer Tony Echevarria in November as he arrived LAX on a flight with his wife, Lakiha Spicer, and their 10-month-old daughter Milan. Tyson and the photographer made citizen’s arrests on each other and were taken to the police station, where they were booked for identical misdemeanor battery charges. The pap said that Tyson lashed out without provocation, but Tyson said the photographer “attacked” him. Echevarria said he had to have five stitches after Tyson, 43, punched him at least four times. Tyson worried the incident would violate the terms of his three-year probation from a drug arrest in Arizona back in 2007, but the City Attorney rejected the case on New Year’s Eve, citing “insufficient evidence”. It looks like the year will start off right for Mike Tyson! But Cindy says she loves flirting and would like to do it more often. She said: “I really don’t get any of those old chat up lines – any at all actually. It’s actually sad and a bit of a shame because it’s nice to flirt!” Cindy, 45, said her feelings have been affected by getting older and doesn’t believe people find her as attractive as they once did. She revealed: “Age can be daunting, but you can’t stop it. I know 20-year-old guys don’t look at me anymore. I don’t feel it like I used to. I remember walking down streets in New York at the height of my modeling career, my hair up, and all the construction guys would go crazy. Sienna Miller Demands Jude Law Leave Nanny At Home While They Vacation December 31, 2009 at 5:07 pm Sienna Miller agreed to vacation with Jude Law and his children in the Caribbean for the New Year only if he agreed to leave their nanny back at home. Read more on Sienna and Jude’s relationship below. Actress Sienna Miller agreed to holiday with Jude Law and his kids only if the nanny remained at home. The actress had broken off their engagement back in 2005 after she discovered Jude had cheated on her with the children’s nanny, Daisy Wright. A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “Haunted by what happened the last time they were together, Sienna is leaving nothing to chance second time around. “She wants her and Jude to work on their friendship first and foremost, and then see if love blossoms. “But by the same token, she doesn’t want any reminders of his infidelity. “So she’s made sure the children’s nanny has returned to England before she joins Jude on holiday in Bequia, from Barbados. “Sienna wants it to be just her and the family, and for them to have a quiet, low-key celebration together.” Jude is spending time with his three children – Rafferty, 13, Iris, nine, and Rudy, seven – from his marriage to Sadie Frost. Jude’s parents are against his reconciling with Sienna Miller, sources report. Another source said: “They have made it abundantly clear he doesn’t have their blessing. Tiger Woods Dropped By Another Sponsor… AT&T December 31, 2009 at 3:11 pm AT&T made an announcement today that it is terminating their endorsement deal with the scandalous Tiger Woods, even though the contract was supposed to be for several years. Tiger Woods continues to lose major endorsements and AT&T is the latest.  Other companies that have nixed their deals with Woods include Accenture, and Gilette.  Other companies such as Pepsi, Nike, and Electronic Arts have stayed quiet or said they are sticking with the shamed golf pro. "We are ending our sponsorship agreement with Tiger Woods and wish him well in the future," an AT&T spokesman said. Since Tiger Woods’ bad publicity came to light, sponsors have yanked advertisements featuring Tiger Woods. Woods’ sex scandal and decision to leave golf has cost him close to $12 billion. Chris Robinson and his wife welcomed a daughter on Saturday morning. “Chris Robinson and his new wife, Allison, have a healthy and beautiful baby girl,” says his rep. “Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson, 6 lbs., 3 oz., was born on Dec. 26, 2009 at the Robinsons’ home in California.” Robinson, 43, married Allison Bridges earlier this year and they confirmed in September that they were expecting their first child together. This is the second child for Chris Robinson, who has a five year-old son named Ryder with his ex-wife Kate Hudson. Rush Limbaugh In Hospital After Suffering Chest Pains In Hawaii December 31, 2009 at 12:28 pm Popular talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh is in a Honolulu hospital today, after he was admitted for experiencing chest pains. Rush Limbaugh was admitted to the hospital while on vacation in Hawaii after suffering chest pains.  “Rush was admitted to and is resting comfortably in a Honolulu hospital today, after suffering chest pains,” according to a statement from “The Rush Limbaugh Program.” “Rush appreciates your prayers and well wishes, and he will keep you updated via RushLimbaugh.com.” Limbaugh was scheduled to return to his talk show Jan. 4 but a spokesman told ABC News that it is unclear whether he will be back by then. Paramedics arrived at the Kahala Hotel and Resort at 2:41 p.m. on Wednesday and found Limbaugh, 58, sitting in a chair in his ninth-floor hotel room. Limbaugh reportedly told emergency workers he was taking meds for his back problem. Limbaugh was treated at the hotel and then they transferred him to the hospital. Many sick individuals have actually wished Rush Limbaugh dead, which is pretty damn cruel. What happened to our right to free speech huh? Carly Pope In Hospital After Car Hijacking December 30, 2009 at 8:42 pm Canadian actress Carly Pope was admitted to a Vancouver hospital after a thief hijacked her car and smashed it into a building. Read more on the Carly Pope hijacking below. Carly Pope, an actress from the high school drama Popular, was a passenger in a BMW driven by her brother Kris when a man jumped onto the hood of the car. Carly Pope’s brother, Kris, bailed out of the car to confront the man but he jumped into the vacant driver’s seat and tried to speed off with the actress still in the car. Kris Pope struggled with the car thief and tried to pull him out of the car, but the man put the car in reverse and crash into three other vehicles before smashing into a building. Both siblings were taken to the hospital along with a pedestrian and the suspect, who was arrested at the scene. “Carly’s got a couple of broken vertebrae, and I’ve got a broken wrist, possibly a broken ankle and a smashed up face,” Kris stated. David Fomradas, 31, faces charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and dangerous driving. Kris and Carly Pope were released from hospital later Tuesday evening.
