Mere hours after bitching about Jon Gosselin pocketing $$$$ from Hailey and her parents meant for rent, Gosselin's NYC apartment was broken into! It's been reported that Gosselin's pillows were "sliced up" - topped off with a note signed by Homewrecking Hailey herself! This shiz is getting a little too attention-whorey, even for our taste! Does Charlie Sheen's wife regret drunk dialing 911 on Christmas day??? Brooke Mueller is now refusing to talk with police about her accusation that Sheen choked her! "It is not uncommon where a victim in the throes of an event says some things and thereafter the story seems to change," Chief Deputy D.A. Arnold Mordkin told reporters on Saturday. Mordkin is planning on filing charges against Sheen during his next court date on February 8th, and Mueller may be in trouble with the law too. Simon Monjack hasn't hesitated for a second from speaking with the media about Brittany Murphy! Some matters are better left private, don't U think? Monjack has given a lengthy interview with a UK tabloid, arguing against the allegations that he's a "conman" and was a bad influence on Murphy until the end. "I know I have been called a conman," said Simon. "I am not perfect. I never said I was. But there has been so much rubbish written about me and Brittany. Most of what you read is made up." So why, according to Monjack, has the media been so quick to point fingers at the British screenwriter??? "My problem is that I do not look like Ashton Kutcher… Nor do they like the fact that she [Brittany] married someone who was not famous. [In Hollywood], stars like stars to marry other stars," claimed Monjack. Yeah, it had nothing to do with the accusations of owing numerous people hundreds of thousands of dollars or that he violated the terms of his American visa! Monjack went on to describe the last few hours of Murphy's life, stating his wife was "tired and a little sad because she was sick." And how about the bottles upon bottles of prescription meds found by Brittany's bedside after her death? "…Addicts hide away their pills. They do not leave them on the nightstand like Brittany," said Simon. "Some of them were old and date back to when Brittany had some ailment or other. La Loca was reportedly spotted shopping at New York's high-end discount retail store, Century 21 (nice try!), and her Mother of the Year, Dina Lohan says that Linds has come back a "changed woman" after traveling to India with the BBC for a doc on human trafficking. "Lindsay definitely wants to give more back," Dina rambled. "We are now planning a trip to help the children of Guatemala." Oh really now? Dina says the trip will be filmed by "Oprah's network." Overachiever or just plain crazy???? Mother of 239049 19, Michelle Duggar reportedly staged a protest in Arkansas against a mini mart that applied for an alcohol permit! In case you forgot, Duggar prematurely gave birth to her 19th child only two weeks ago!!! Where does she find the time…???? Michelle was reportedly "in tears" when she brought her case to the ABC Control Board, stating: Personally, I don't think alcohol needs to be convenient. I think it needs to be placed in a place where adults can get to it and they will have a choice to get to it. But our children should not be bombarded with that. It's so close to home.

What a shame! Glee's resident hot teacher, Matthew Morrison, isn't gay! Boooo. Morrison, who plays Mr. Schuester on the hit Fox musical series, revealed in a recent interview that he's been called gay since the 5th grade because of his interest in singing and dancing, but that never caused him to discriminate! We guess Charlie Sheen's rep was onto something when he stated, "Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day"! As we reported earlier, Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning in Aspen, CO after his wife, Brooke Mueller, called 911 and claimed the Two and a Half Men actor choked her! But now Brooke is telling a different story!! Mueller has reportedly confessed the domestic abuse claim was a lie - in fact, she was drunk as fuck when she made the call! Police tested both Charlie and Brooke's BACs when they arrived on the scene, and while Sheen only blew a .04, Mueller blew a .13!! Close to twice the legal limit! At 8:43 in the morning!!!! Sheen allegedly told the police he was "trying to defend himself" against his wife and that she provoked the entire situation. SOS Children's Villages currently has two locations - SOS-Florida and SOS-Illinois - in which the company offers an "alternative form of foster care in the US" so siblings aren't forced to be separated in the adoption process. "We have seen first-hand the remarkable job SOS does to raise orphaned and abandoned children and keep families together," said Jolie. Apparently a plastered neighbor opposed to Bruce and Kris's decision to use a valet service for their Christmas party on Thursday night, ranting and raving at the poor valet guy! The neighbor was so sloshed he even took a tumble onto the ground and cut his face open! In an act of good faith, Pastor Brad, the pastor who wed Khloe and Lamar, tried to help the guy up, but the neighbor misread his good intentions and clocked Pastor Brad! Poor guy! Vile! We all know Charlie Sheen was arrested yesterday on domestic abuse charges, but we didn't know the details until now! The Two and a Half Men star reportedly choked his wife, real estate agent Brooke Mueller on Friday morning!! Mueller promptly called the police and Sheen's woman-hating ass was thrown into an Aspen jail and charged with second degree assault and menacing. The couple had allegedly been arguing for quite awhile and Mueller fled to Aspen to get away from Charlie, but Sheen soon followed his wife to the snow-covered town which proved to be a mayjah mistake. Sheen was released on Friday night after posting his $8,500 bond (that's all????), but no word on when the violent actor is due in court to face his criminal charges. [Image via WENN.] |

Folk singer-songwriter Vic Chesnutt died on Christmas Day after a reported suicide attempt earlier this week that placed Chesnutt in a coma. So sad. The 45-year-old musician's death was confirmed by his record label, Constellation Records, with a statement on their website reading: In the few short years that we knew him personally, Vic transformed our sense of what true character, grace and determination are all about. Our grief is inexpressible and Vic's absence unfathomable.
Chesnutt, who had been confined to a wheelchair since the age of 18 after a serious car accident, was discovered by R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe in the 80's and went on to release a number of acclaimed records throughout his career. Collaborator Kristin Hersh posted to her Twitter on Wednesday while Chesnutt was still in a coma, confirming his attempts to take his own life: "Another suicide attempt, looks bad, coma–if he survives, there may be brain damage. This time, it's real scary: *this* time, he left a note, *this* time, he asked them to call me." How awful. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
