Several media sources are reporting that Russell Brand has proposed to his girlfriend Katy Perry and that she has accepted, although they have not confirmed their engagement as of yet. The Daily News out of the UK has reported the couple is engaged. "Russell knows Katy's the one for him,” an insider told the newspaper, saying Brand popped the question during a ski trip right before Christmas. "He's never been into a girl like he has with her and they're besotted. He asked her to marry him last week and she quickly said yes.” The source also states that Russell Brand and Katy Perry will marry in 2010. "Katy's thrilled with Russell and how he is ­making so much effort,” the insider said. “Russell also has the ­approval of Katy's ­parents and everyone in the pair's close circle knows about the ­engagement." Some think Brand and Perry are waiting until the New Year to make their engagement announcement. If the rumor is true, congrats! Blige held her album release party at M2 and reportedly bitch-slapped her husband Kendu Isaacs in the face after he was flirting with a waitress. Watch Mary J. Blige slap or even punch  her husband in the video below. Mary J. Blige’s album released party was held on Tuesday at M2. And there is video showing what appears to be an altercation between Mary J. Blige and her husband Kendu Isaacs. It does appear as if she raises her hand and slaps him. But eyewitnesses say not only did she slap him but also bit him on the hand. The album release party was attended by various celebrities so we imagine being slapped in public was pretty embarrassing for Kendu. Actor Johnathon Schaech was thrilled that his girlfriend accepted his proposal. “It was the best present ever,” he told People magazine. “It was the happiest moment of my life.” The couple began dating while costarring in the 2008 thriller “Prom Night”. Schaech proposed to Jana in his hometown of Edgewood, Maryland on December 22nd. Schaech, 40, was married to Christina Applegate before they divorced in 2007, says: “I can’t wait to make Jana my wife and have a family.” Johnathan Schaech recently finished filming the movie “Georgia” with Emmanuelle Chriqui. JFK Photo Update: It's A Fake! (Photos) December 28, 2009 at 2:26 pm A photograph was recently discovered that shows former President John F. Kennedy “JFK” vacationing on a yacht with at least four naked women!  Check out the photo of JFK on the boat below!  Update, it’s reportedly a fake… read more below. Update: TMZ reportedly contacted Playboy and a rep says the photo ran in one of its 1967 issues. Previously reported: The old photo, believed to have been from the 1950’s, shows what appears to be John F. Kennedy sunbathing with two nude women skinny dipping and two naked women on the upper deck sunbathing. TMZ has obtained this interesting JFK photo that was locked away in the drawer of a car salesman for years, until ten years ago the man passed away and one of his sons retrieved the photos. Forensic expert Jeff Sedlik has reportedly told TMZ that he believes the photo to be authentic and shows no evidence of digital alterations. And in addition, the timing of the photo fits historic accounts of a vacation JFK took at the time his wife Jackie was pregnant. Very interesting if this is indeed JFK huh? Amy Winehouse Collapses In Her Home During Holidays December 28, 2009 at 1:30 pm Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse reportedly collapsed in her home during the holidays. Read more on the cause of Winehouse’s collapse below. Amy Winehouse had to be treated by a physician after collapsing in her home. Reports state Winehouse had a chest infection but has now been diagnosed as having nervous exhaustion. Amy obviously didn’t let her chest infection get in the way of her attacking the manager of a theater during a child’s play recently though. A friend of Amy’s stated: “She’s been told to keep a low profile and fully recuperate. She has been feeling very ill of late and had a funny turn at home. She is quite unwell and exhausted after recent events but is soldiering on. She’s doing her best to concentrate on her music and not become embroiled in drugs again. Her new songs are amazing but will be on the back burner until she feels better.” And the friend also added: “The last week has been a massive setback for Amy who was really turning a corner. Everyone in her camp is shocked by what has happened. But their main concern is making sure she feels better. Then she can throw herself into her music. Tyra Banks Ending The Tyra Show After This Season December 28, 2009 at 1:15 pm Tyra Banks has revealed that she will be ending her talk show, The Tyra Show, after five seasons and two Daytime Emmy awards. Read more on Tyra’s decision below. Tyra says this will be the last season of her talk show. "This will be the last season of The Tyra Show," Banks told People magazine. "I've been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years." The talk show will wrap up its fifth season in the spring of 2010. Banks will now be focusing on Bankable Studios, a N.Y.-based film production company currently reviewing projects they are considering. "My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are," Banks says. An inside source stated: "Tyra is sad because she'll be missing so much of the daily connection to her viewers, but excited at the same time to be taking on a new challenge." But America's Next Top Model will return for its 15th season in February and also Tyra Banks's ABC show True Beauty. "There's a lot cooking right now and a lot of fire burning in my heart," Banks writes in an open letter on her Web site. "And I salute you my amazing family of viewers; without you there never would have been a Tyra Show. I really love you all." Charlie Sheen's Wife Said He Threatened Her With Knife! December 28, 2009 at 12:43 pm Brooke Mueller told police that husband Charlie Sheen threatened her with a knife, which brings to mind that 1990 incident of Charlie Sheen shooting his fiance at the time, Kelly Preston. Charlie Sheen was arrested for two felonies and one was felony menacing, which is a threat that involves a deadly weapon.  Police say that Brooke Mueller told them that Charlie Sheen had a knife and was threatening her with it. Brooke Mueller changed her original story so it makes you question her credibility, especially with her being legally drunk with a .13 blood alcohol level. Police did reportedly see marks on Brooke Mueller, but were uncertain if they were related to the fight with husband Charlie Sheen. This little incident with Brooke Mueller makes you think back to 1990 when Charlie Sheen shot John Travolta’s current wife, Kelly Preston. Preston and Charlie Sheen were engaged at the time. But both Sheen and Preston stated the shooting was an accident but they did end their relationship.
