So it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to consider Hailey Glassman the prime suspect in the break-in. Read more on this story below. The New York Police Department interviewed Hailey Glassman as well as her parents regarding the break in to Jon Gosselin’s apartment. "After speaking with Hailey, the police wanted to talk to her parents," Anand Ahuja, one of Hailey's attorneys stated. Someone broke into Jon Gosselin’s Manhattan apartment and completely destroyed the place. A knife was used to slash Jon’s clothing and shoes, luggage, bed, rugs, curtains, and a Ming vase. Other items were stolen from the apartment. And the person carved the word “cheater” in his headboard. There was also a note left behind signed with Hailey Glassman’s name…with a knife sticking through it. Glassman recently expressed feeling bitter about Jon’s treatment of her during their time dating. And Hailey claims she paid half of the rent and recently found out that Jon's been pocketing the money and not sending in a check to their management. Hailey Tweeted this after moving out of the apartment: FYI – That apartment everyone calls 'Jon's Apartment' was MY apartment, as well. We split rent!. So get your facts right before you all assume. My family and I found out a week ago he's been pocketing our rent money 'n not paying the rent! It looks like all evidence from the break-in points a finger right at crazy bitch Hailey Glassman. The Bridget Jones actress was seen strolling with Bradley and his parents at Venice Beach, and then later hit up the shops with Bradley’s mother. Eyewitnesses stated that Renee had Bradley’s Italian-American mother pick out her favorite delicacies as they browsed the deli. Lohan's Christmas Marred By Child Support Battle In court December 27, 2009 at 3:21 pm Actress Lindsay Lohan’s parents spent the early part of their holidays in court as Dina Lohan accused her ex of failing to pay child support. Michael and Dina are parents to Lindsay Lohan, 23, and younger siblings Michael Jr., Aliana and Dakota. Dina told Page Six, “It is sad that the day before Christmas Eve, I was back in court with Michael over child support. He claims he’s broke and can’t pay – yet he drives around in a Mercedes and has a house in the Hamptons. “He got paid for selling tape recordings of private conversations relating to Lindsay, but he won’t pay for his children.” But Dina remains positive and is ready to start the New Year off right: She adds, “A lot has happened, but we’ll end the year on a positive note. Ivana Trump Physically Escorted From Plane After Cursing At Children December 27, 2009 at 2:55 pm Ivana Trump had to be kicked off a Delta flight after losing her cool and cursing at children. The recently divorced Ivana Trump was acting super bitchy aboard a Delta flight from Palm Beach International Airport to LaGuardia in New York.  Ivana reportedly held up the entire flight with her behavior. The plane was beginning to taxi towards the runway when the pilot was alerted of a “disturbance in first class.” The flight crew stated that Ivana Trump was “being belligerent and aggravated” towards boarding passengers from her first class seat. Children were running and making noise up and down the aisles and Ivana was yelling “Little fuckers!” and “Shut the fuck up!” at the kids. Ivana was asked to leave the airplane but she refused so the crew had to “phsycially escort” her from the plane and Ivana shouted “Fuck you” to the airport staff as she took off in her chauffeured car. Folk Rocker Vic Chesnutt Dead At 45 Of Overdose December 27, 2009 at 2:01 pm Folk rocker and songwriter Vic Chesnutt has died of a suspected overdose. Read more on Vic Chesnutt’s death below. Chesnutt worked with many different artists including R.E.M. lead singer Michael Stipe and guitarist Guy Picciotto of the punk band Fugazi. Chesnutt had stated in a biography posted on his MySpace page that he came to “a whole new understanding of music” after the 1983 car crash. Chesnutt had a history of suicide attempts and had recently NPR radio station he had “attempted suicide three or four times” but that “it didn’t take”. Throwing Muses member Kristin Hersh had Tweeted that Chesnutt appeared to have left a suicide note before slipping into the coma. Hersh wrote: “This time, it’s real scary: This time, he left a note, this time, he asked them to call me.” Chesnutt is survived by his wife, Tina Whatley Chesnutt; his sister, Lorinda Crane; and nine nieces and nephews. Vic Chesnutt’s memorial will be held Sunday in Athens. Jon Gosselin's Apartment Totally Wrecked By Ex Hailey Glassman? December 27, 2009 at 11:36 am Jon Gosselin’s Manhattan apartment was totally wrecked and the person responsible even left a note “that had bbeen affixed to Jon’s bedroom dresser by a butcher knife.”  Read below to see why some sources claim it was Hailey Glassman. Jon Gosselin returned to his apartment to find it completely wrecked. Jon’s lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, stated that his client “was horrified, disheartened, and saddened to observe the devastation of his furniture, clothing and personal belongings, which were apparently slashed with a butcher knife by a very troubled and sick perpetrator.” Jon came home to find his “shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings” had been slashed with a butcher knife. And Jon’s tv, coffee maker, Nintendo Wii, dishes, etc. were taken from his apartment. And a Ming vase was smashed to bits. There was a note left behind that was attached to Jon’s bedroom dresser with a knife. There have been reports that Hailey Glassman’s name was signed to the note. Jon wants felony charges brought against the perpetrator. Charlie Sheen was arrested for second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, which is a misdemeanor. Sheen was released after posting $8,500 bond. Charlie’s wife Brooke Mueller was legally drunk when she called 911, and sources state that Brooke admitted her assault allegations were false. Charlie and Brooke married in May 2008 and welcomed twin boys in March.
