Sarah Jessica Parker and James Wilkie took a stroll yesterday afternoon to a public library in NYC. The duo stopped for a moment to sign autographs for one of SJP's fans, before heading off on their way in matching Ugg boots. James was able to enjoy a moment alone with his mom, who had a busy weekend of tending to his younger sisters with Matthew Broderick. James Wilkie is a natural when it comes to helping take care of the twins, but he's the only Broderick child currently old enough to spend the holiday break curled up with a good read.

Ashley Greene flashed a smile in a chic houndstooth sweater yesterday on her way out of LAX with her dog. The holidays have given Ashley a few weeks off from her busy red carpet schedule after her long year with the cast of Twilight. She's not the only star from the franchise to have enjoyed some recent downtime, though - Robert Pattinson was spotted with his sister near their home in London following his own stay in California.
Angelina Jolie was dressed warmly this afternoon for her second day in a row of working on Salt in NYC. She's found time in her busy schedule to focus on reshoots for the film, which is scheduled to hit big screens in July 2010. Her adventures today consisted of filming on a ship in the Hudson River, though she didn't have the coverage of yesterday's furry costume. Her time in the Big Apple isn't all about the movie, though, since Angelina has also been able to spend time with her family.

Scarlett Johansson and Liev Schreiber were together last night in NYC following their first preview performance of A View From the Bridge. The show marks Scarlett's debut on Broadway, and it's set to officially open for reviews at the end of January. Both she and Liev have been busy getting word about their show out there through interviews and photo ops, but a promotional campaign for another of Scarlett's projects, Iron Man 2, is also underway - the first trailer showing her as Black Widow was recently released.
Channing Tatum's secret stripper past made headlines over the Summer and the scandalous video of him showing off his moves was everywhere. Lindsay Lohan poked fun at her love life and a dancing wedding processional was an Internet sensation. Ben Affleck stepped out in LA yesterday to grab a coffee and a snack. After a weekend of hosting Jennifer Garner's parents, he was rolling solo for his afternoon out. Ben wasn't on hand during Jennifer's playtime at the park with their daughters Violet and Seraphina, but he was right by his oldest daughter's side last week for a special class session. He and Jennifer just celebrated their first Christmas as a family of four, and on Jan. 6, they'll mark little Seraphina's very first birthday.
Heidi Klum and Seal managed to sneak a kiss yesterday during an ice-skating lesson in Aspen. Seal manned his camera, as is his usual duty during memorable moments with their kids. Leni, Henry and Johan have been showing off their moves on the slopes during the past week in Colorado, but their latest afternoon was all about lacing up and hitting the ice. Heidi and Seal are all about their Winter getaways with their children, and he recently opened up their turning down work in order to make sure their holiday time is just about family.

Britney Spears had her black Rebecca Minkoff bag in hand yesterday on her way into the Mondrian Hotel in West Hollywood. She's home in LA after her pre-Christmas trip to NYC with Jason Trawick, and they'll soon be wrapping up 2009 as one of the year's cutest couples. Britney was still blonde last week when she ran errands near her house, but she debuted some new darker locks on her latest outing. She loves mixing things up with her mane every few months, and it looks like Brit will be ringing in 2010 as a brunette.
David Beckham was home in the UK for Christmas with his family and new bulldog, but he arrived at Milan's Malpensa airport yesterday in order to start prepping for his stint on the city's soccer team. He's set to play for AC Milan during his break from the LA Galaxy, but he's also got his eye on a spot with the English team when the World Cup rolls around. David was out for a practice session in the afternoon, with crowds coming out to see his moves on the field. After a week with his boys and Victoria visiting in London and taking in shows, hopefully sexy man David is ready to get down to work as his next season approaches.
Ashlee Simpson had a Starbucks in hand while Pete Wentz carried Bronx out to play at a NYC park yesterday. With most weekday performances in Chicago only at night, Ashlee has her afternoons free to explore the city with her husband and son. Despite the chilly Winter weather, Bronx was quite the trooper as he manned a swing. It wasn't all outdoor activities for the family, though, since Pete also blogged about seeing the Tim Burton exhibit at the MoMA. The Simpson-Wentz family has been spending the last few weeks enjoying their temporary home in the Big Apple, but soon Pete will be off to Vegas in order to welcome 2010 at the Jet Mirage.
