Hailey Glassman's attorney Anand Ahujabelieves the break-in/burglary of Jon Gosselin's NYC apartment was a "huge publicity stunt"!!
Ahuja believes someone is trying to frame Hailey (her name was signed on a note "speared" onto Jon's dresser with a knife) and also said that the NYPD hasn't gotten in touch with Glassman since the break-in.
"There are no charges against Hailey," said Glassman's lawyer. "I don't think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime."
So is someone trying to frame Homewrecking Hailey????

The former Mrs. Donald Trump was on a Delta flight from Palm Beach International Airport to LaGuardia in New York on Saturday afternoon when Ivana held up the entire flight because of her bad behavior!!
The plane was beginning its taxi towards the runway when the pilot was alerted of a "disturbance in first class."
The flight crew gave sworn statements to authorities saying Ivana Trump was "being belligerent and aggravated" towards boarding customers from her first class seat!!
Apparently a couple of kids were running and screaming up and down the aisles, which really set Trump off - she started shouting "Little fuckers!" and "Shut the fuck up!" at the kids!!
…We know you've all dreamed of doing that, but seriously!
The captain was forced to taxi the plane back to its original gate and Ivana was asked to exit the aircraft, but she refused!!
The crew was then forced to "physically escort" Ivana off the plane, all while she was shouting, "Fuck you!" to the airport staff before she sped off in her chauffeured car.
The report from Palm Beach International says the FBI was notified, but they ultimately decided to drop the case.
More details on the bitch (we don't know "who" yet!) who went absolutely bonkers on Jon Gosselin's Manhattan apartment on Saturday have come out!
And Jon wants to press felony charges!!
Gosselin's lawyer says Jon's "shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings" were sliced to bits with a butcher knife by who they believe was a "sick perpetrator."
Pretty scary shiz.
A ton of stuff was also missing from Jon's apartment - a television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game (only the game and not the Wii??), dishes, pots and pans were all among the stolen items.
Gosselin's attorney also says a valuable Ming vase said to be at least 100 years old was found "smashed to pieces."
The alleged note signed by Hailey Glassman was "speared" to Jon's dresser, but the NYPD refuses to comment on whether or not Glassman was responsible for the break-in or if it was a set-up.
The year and a half marriage between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller is ov-er!

And get this - Sheen's publicity team reportedly pushed Mueller to go back on her word and say that Charlie didn'tactually choke her on Christmas day!
